2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors (e.g., weather, strikes).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000.

  • A flat rate of PKR 200 will be charged for orders below PKR 3,000.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.

6. Delays and Issues

  • Fooky Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
